Large Event Cakes
These cakes are priced by attendance, per person, typically for events expecting 50+ guests.
Whoops! I’m adjusting my pricing tier - check back soon!
A note on tiered cakes: Tiered cakes can be unruly during travel. Cakes larger that have a foundation base (the widest part of the cake) larger than 10 inches (i.e., 8 inch cakes or larger) will need additional packaging and equipment. They can shift easily during transportation if not handled correctly. Tiered cakes larger than 80 inches will also require extra equipment like dowels, a larger transport box, and transportation supports. I can set up and deliver your tiered cake for an additional fee.
A note on long cakes: if you request a cake that is longer than 16”, I will need to set it up on site of you wedding for an additional fee. This can be a fun spectacle for your guests to watch a cake getting built! A small fee will be added on for travel and assembly. All long cakes are two layers. of cake.
A note on decor: There will always be a fee for flowers and additional decor arrangments. Depending on your vision, this can be anywhere from $20-$60. I’m happy to remove this fee if you’d like to directly supply me flowers from your florist on day-of delivery or prior to pickup. It’s also important to remember finding specific flowers at certain times of the year is not always possible in Texas. Not all flowers are suitable for going on cake for decoration. I’ll do my best to honor your vision with local florists and flower stock.
Because I’m not a full-time baker, I can’t accomodate larger orders more than 4 months in advance! I mean it!
All wedding and special event cakes require a $100 deposit to confirm.
If you have Celiac Disease or other high-sensitivity allergies to nuts, soy, dairy, etc., please let me know.
Because of my home baking environment I cannot guarantee 100% avoidance of allergen crossover. Even with the best intentions and standards, there is a potential for cross-contamination, and I don't feel comfortable advertising my cakes as 100% accommodating to HIGH RISK allergies/sensitivities. Please talk to me about the nature of your allergy if you’re not sure what the risk might be.
I’ll take requests for low-sugar, gluten, and vegan options, but there will be fees assocaited with the ingredient costs. There also might be reduced options for flavors. We can always talk about non-cake options like a pavlova instead
Picking up your cake? Once the cake is in your hands - make sure to take particular care of it. I will not refund for accidents or transportation damage!
I’m happy to deliver your cake to your wedding venue for a transportation fee. The cake will be coming from Brooklyn and can get delivered to Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. The transportation fee will vary depending on distance and rideshare fees.
Please read more in my general FAQ about transporting cakes here.
Your cake will be fine to sit out for at least 2-3 hours during the ceremony/event, but I recommend you have event staff or friends+family pack it up as soon as possible after dessert service.
Sharing is caring, but always budget to leave a few slices for you and your newly-betrrothed! Properly wrapped, cake can last in the freezer for up to three months. For the impatient: you can also store it in the fridge, wrapped and sealed, for up to 5 days.
